My back hurts and feels weird all the time. I try to have better posture but I sit badly without noticing.?

I don't know whether I should pop my back or not and if I should, how should I pop it? I don't know whether I should lie on my back or my side and if I should lie on my side should I switch sides every night to balance it out? My back usually doesn't hurt badly but it hurts and feels weird and when I feel my spine it feels like it's bent too far outward. Occasionally, when I sit or lie in a really bad position, my ears start ringing. My collar bone (or something near it that bends with the movements of my shoulders) feels out of place all the time.

might take a while but do this morning and night or when ever u feel you need to


get a massage maybe
